Each service engagement is governed by a separate Service Agreement outlining deliverables, timelines, and project-specific terms.
We operate with flexible models including fixed-price, time & materials, retainer, and custom payment arrangements.
Accepted methods include bank transfers, online payment platforms, cryptocurrency (if agreed), and others mutually approved.
Late payments may result in suspension, fees, withholding deliverables, or termination for repeated issues.
Refund rules vary per project. Upfront payments are generally non-refundable. Completed work must be paid for.
Clients must give 7-14 days notice and pay for all completed work up to the termination date.
We may terminate services for repeated late payments, lack of requirements, violations, or unethical requests.
We meet deadlines as long as requirements and feedback are provided on time.
Timelines extend without penalty for delays caused by missing content, late feedback, or changed scope.
Changes require documentation, impact analysis, and adjusted pricing.
Full ownership transfers only after complete payment and project acceptance.
Source code, documentation, and credentials are provided after final payment.
Our proprietary tools remain ours. Open-source and third-party tools follow their own licenses.
We may request permission to showcase your project in our portfolio.
Clients must ensure legal rights to all materials they provide.
Standard warranty is 30-90 days depending on the agreement. It covers reproducible bugs only.
Severity includes P1 (critical), P2 (high), P3 (medium), P4 (low).
Support available via retainers, hourly billing, or custom SLAs.
Bug fixes differ from new feature enhancements, which require new agreements.
We commit to high-quality software aligned with specifications.
No software is perfectly secure. Performance depends on infrastructure and third-party services.
Client is responsible for production data backups.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Liability is limited to the amount paid.
Clients indemnify us against claims resulting from their actions or materials.
Includes code reviews, version control, security practices, and performance optimization.
Covers unit, integration, functional, and basic security testing.
We implement integrations but are not responsible for third-party failures.
Includes email, project tools, messaging apps, video calls, and WhatsApp for urgent matters.
4-12 business hours during active development.
Clients must provide timely feedback, attend meetings, and designate a primary contact.
Process includes direct communication, mediation, then legal action as last resort.
Governed by laws of Pakistan; jurisdiction negotiable for international clients.
We may suspend service, take legal action, or recover costs.
Terms may be updated anytime with posting on the website.
Service Agreement plus these Terms form the full contract.
Not liable for delays due to disasters or events beyond control.
We operate independently; no partnership or employment relationship is created.
Clients may not assign agreements; we may subcontract with confidentiality.
